One unit in the building
Penthouse
Loft with seven bedrooms and living/dining area
The top level. Seven cabins under a curved timber shell, one long table, panoramic windows over the town.
Unit numbers: Penthouse
Suited to
Plant turnarounds, installation crews, group allocations up to seven
The penthouse is architecturally the most distinctive unit in the building. The sleeping cabins are lined entirely in solid timber, walls and ceiling meet in a curve, like the inside of a hull. No plasterboard, no wallpaper, no in-between.
The shared living and dining area runs the full depth of the building, with ribbon windows on both sides. The long table seats the whole crew. Two separate bathrooms with two showers between them cope with the early-shift rush.
For turnaround and project work this is the most efficient unit in the house: seven people, one invoice, one address, one access code. We handle name changes within the allocation as they come.
